Kate has been invited to do a retablo portrait of Mayra Reyes Solis, a 17 year old Mexican high school student murdered in 2001. "400 Women" is a project featuring 400 portraits by Tracey Emin, Annie Kevans, Maggi Hambling and the Royal Society of Portrait Painters.  It intends to make a serious political statement and raise funds for the groups of activists supporting women's rights and continuing the fight against women in Mexico and beyond.  For more information click here.




The Prince's Trust are working on a project with lond time supporters Status Quo to commemorate the band's 40th aniversary. Kate and several other artists and celebrities have been invited to interpret an album cover for an auction at Bonhams, London in November.  The aims is to raise over £100,000 and all money raised will help the Prince's Trust continue to achieve its aim of offering practical solutions to help change young lives.  Click for more information on the Prince's Trust.
